The Shreshtha Program caters to students aged 18 to 30, primarily those pursuing the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels. Many are fresh 12th-pass students, while some are appearing graduates. Given their high-pressure study environment and career-driven mindset, these students resonate with Krishna consciousness when presented as a practical and utility-driven philosophy. The program acknowledges their rigorous schedules and provides a balanced approach—one that doesn’t disrupt their studies but enhances their focus and discipline.

- Academic mentors (often CAs) assess candidates and finalize admissions.
- Selected students get 15 days to confirm enrollment and join the BACE (Bhaktivedanta Academy for Culture and Education).
